Here at DTV Productions, we want to help you remember your special day for years to come. Having your big day filmed and professionally presented on DVD or Blu-Ray (or even VHS), you can keep those magical moments forever.

 

Still photographs are an excellent way of having a record of the day, but there is nothing like motion video. The moment you put the DVD into your DVD player and press play, you automatically feel the same emotions you did on the actual day.

 

When delivering the finished production, we constantly hear "I don't remember that bit". This is because the day can sometimes seem like a whirlwind. With a DVD of the day, you can watch it all over and over again.

What Will I Get?

 

You will get a professionally created DVD or Blu-Ray Disc of your day. We usually add the bride and grooms childhood photos to build up the story and also your own choice of music soundtrack throughout. Titles and special effects are also added to enable your film to run smoothly and tell the fairytale of the event. Additional copies can be arranged on request for family members or friends. We are fully licensed by MCPS and PPL to clear any copyright laws that may be associated with your music choice.

 

Making Your Film A Success

 

Once your phone call has been received, we like to travel to your home to arrange and discuss your exact requirements. This also gives us an opportunity to meet you and you to meet us. We will also show you a copy of our work so you can see for yourself how good the quality really is. Also, included in our price we attend the rehearsal (if your wedding is being held in a church) to arrange where the cameras are best placed and to meet the vicar.

 

On Your Big Day

 

Depending on your exact requirements, here is a usual wedding day for us:

 

Before the day arrives, we will carry out our ground work by recording the venues, inside and out, so that we don't get in the way of any preparations that may be taking place on the actual day.

 

On the day, we will be waiting at the marriage venue ready to capture the groom and your guests arriving. This will be followed by recording the bride arriving. We would then go on to record the whole service using a multi camera setup (depending on venue restrictions) and into the gardens to capture footage from the photo shoot. Whilst in the gardens a second camera will be collecting good luck messages from your family and guests. A minimum of two cameras are used at all weddings to capture different angles.

 

The Finished Production

 

Usually, your film will be delivered directly to you within two weeks after production. Then you really can start reliving the day, in the highest quality.
