SPORTING EVENT FILMING
DTV Productions can project manage a complete filming and editing package for your sporting event. Whilst filming, we are as discreet as possible and in most cases, are out of sight from spectators. We have created productions for many different types of sporting events that include:
Football Matches, Rugby Matches, Cycling Events, Swimming Competitions, Cricket Matches, Racing Events, Show Jumping, plus many more.
Using professional production equipment and with an eye to detail, we can create a finished DVD/Blu-Ray disc of your event which can be kept to look back at in years to come. Multiple cameras are used at all sporting events ensuring we capture every angle needed to make a unique and dynamic film. The number of cameras used depends on the sport you require us to film. Production takes place using the latest camera technology and in house editing facilities.
We also have at our disposal specialist cameras that will capture shots that are not usually possible. These include aerial filming, and also underwater filming which is ideal for swimming events as this gives a unique perspective that spectators cannot see from the sidelines.
On the day, we will always arrive with ample time to allow us to set equipment up and we always dress appropriately for the type of event. There are also some vital requirements that we carry as standard. We are licensed by the PPL & MCPS to enable us to use music without breaking any copyright laws. We are also fully Public Liability Insured.
Filming sporting events can also be a great way to assess the performance of your team. For example, filming a football match can be invaluable to the team as they can watch it back and see how well they did, or how improvements can be made. Other examples of how we make your production look great include slow motion playback, and replays. Scores and other text can be added as well so the viewer can keep an eye on scores at all times.
